All the videos on the website have been coded using a system called FLASH. This allows us to increase the quality and size of the presentations using minimal broadband (512kb). If the video does not play smoothly, i.e the film stops and then starts after a brief pause and then starts again, its likely that internet traffic is heavy. However the way our films are transmitted to you is such that they will be stored in a temporary part of the hard drive after the initial download, meaning that after the film has been displayed (downloaded) once, it will play smoothly the second time you watch it. So if your film is jerky, just let it run through the first time and then watch it again by clicking the PLAY button on the bottom left of the display screen.
